บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา       2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของสถานศึกษา และ  3) การบริหารงานวิชาการซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของสถานศึกษา ตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 346 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งประเภท เครื่องมือที่ใช้       ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการ อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน      2) ประสิทธิผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน 3) การบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา การพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา การพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ การแนะแนวการศึกษา และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เป็นปัจจัยส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของสถานศึกษา โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 78.70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to study: 1) the level of academic administration in educational institutions; 2) the level of effectiveness of student-centered learning in educational institutions; and 3) academic administration affecting effectiveness of student-centered learning in educational institutions. The research sample, derived by stratified random sampling, was 346 administrators and teachers under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 9. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings of this research were as follows : 1) Overall and in specific aspects, the academic administration was at a high level. 2) Overall and in specific aspects, the effectiveness of student-centered learning was at a high level. 3) The academic administration in the aspects of educational supervision;  the teaching and learning in educational institutions; research to improve the education quality; the development of internal quality assurance system in educational institutions; development of educational resources; education guidance; and development of the educational institution curriculum together predicted the effectiveness of student-centered learning in educational institutions at the percentage of 78.70 with  statistical significance at .05
