บทคัดย่อ

                      การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบกระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ  กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 327 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

                        ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า 1) รูปแบบกระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ  มีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนได้แก่ การขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย  การดำเนินงานของบุคลากรหลัก  และการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงาน มีการดำเนินงานของระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การคัดกรองนักเรียน การส่งเสริมและการพัฒนานักเรียน  การป้องกัน ช่วยเหลือ แก้ไข  และการส่งต่อโดยใช้กระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 4 ขั้น ได้แก่ การวางแผน การดำเนินงานตามแผน การนิเทศ กำกับ ติดตาม และการประเมินผล  2) รูปแบบกระบวนการบริหารระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ พบว่าภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

                        The objectives of this study were 1) to develop a Student Support System Administration Model in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Education Service Area Office and 2) to determine the suitability of the developed model. The study was conducted in 2 phases. Phase 1 was the study of relevant principles, theories, documents and researches. In this phase, the Student Support System Administration Model was also drawn up and received a content validity verification from experts. Phase 2 was the suitability determination of the developed model. The subjects were school directors and teachers in schools under Bueng Kan Primary Education Service Area Office in Academic year 2015, totally 327, selected through multi-stage sampling process. Corrected Item – Total Correlation from 0.75 – 0.95 and Reliability Coefficient with the value of 0.99. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.)

              The study yielded the following results. 1) The structure of the developed the Student Support System Administration Model in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Education Service Area Office showed distinct relation to the compositions in the administration of student support system, there were 3 factors influencing the administration of student support system, which were 1) policy implementation process; 2) core staffs' operation; 3) institutional support and encouragement. The activities of student support system 5 activities including  1) the recognition of each student, 2) the classification and screening, 3) the promotion of student development, 4) problem prevention and solution, 5) student refer. The administrative process of student support system comprised 4 stages as follows, 1) preparation and planning (plan), 2) plan implementation (do),3) supervision and monitoring (check), 4) assessment and improvement (act). 2) Suitability determination of the developed Student Support System Administration Model in Schools under Bueng Kan Primary Education Service Area Office was at the high level ( = 4.25).
