องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาด้วยระบบคุณภาพสู่มาตรฐานสากล (Factors of Secondary School Administration with Quality System to World-Class Standard)

บทคัดย่อ

- องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาด้วยระบบคุณภาพสู่มาตรฐานสากล

- การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาด้วยระบบคุณภาพสู่มาตรฐานสากลและ 2) ประเมินองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาด้วยระบบคุณภาพสู่มาตรฐานสากล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงอนาคต ด้วยเทคนิคการวิจัยแบบ EDFR ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 20 คน  กลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เป็นผู้ประเมินองค์ประกอบจำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามและแบบประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาด้วยระบบคุณภาพสู่มาตรฐานสากล มีค่ามัธยฐานอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุดและมีความสอดคล้องกันสูง ประกอบด้วย 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ 2) การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ 3) การมุ่งเน้นผู้รับบริการ
4) การพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล 5) การบริหารเชิงระบบ 6) การจัดการความรู้ และ 7) ผลลัพธ์ของ
การดำเนินงาน 2. การประเมินองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาด้วยระบบคุณภาพ
สู่มาตรฐานสากล มีความเหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ มีประโยชน์ และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้ มากกว่าร้อยละ 80

- The objectives of this research were to: 1) analyzed factors of secondary school

management with quality system to world-class  standard;  2) evaluated  factors  of  secondary school management with quality system to world class standard ,by using The Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR). The key informants were divided two groups of experts, the one group was 20

experts and the other was 15 experts. Research instruments were a semi-structured interview form,
a questionnaire and an evaluated form. Data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, median, mode, inter-quartile range and content analysis.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. Factors of secondary school management with quality system to world-class standard were at high to the highest level of median and high consensus. There were strategic leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, human resource development, systematic management, knowledge management and performance results.

2. The Evaluation of factors of secondary school management with quality system to world-class standard were appropriately, possible, usefully and capable to practice more over than 80%.
