Abstract

The Wellness Service Efficiency Driving of Homestays in Thailand to create a concrete development and bring benefits for implementation need to focus on homestay standards that consists of Thai homestay standards, ASEAN homestay standards and Healthy Homestay Standard. Mechanism set up to drive the creation of wellness homestay standards requires cooperation from government, the public sector, the business sector and the local sector. In addition, it needs to address the principles of good health in all 6 dimensions to be balanced physically, mentally and spiritually. In order to develop the wellness services of the homestay business need to focus on service quality. The service quality development approach consists of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy for create a Homestay standard and indicators that will lead to national standards and international standard to make tourists believe in service.
