The Hospitality Stakeholders’ Perception toward Industry and Education Relationship: Strategies for Effective Curriculum Design

บทคัดย่อ
ในสภาพแวดล้อมทางเศรษฐกิจสังคมและเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน ด้วยความท้าทายจากการแข่งขันระดับโลก ประกอบกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการสอนและหลักสูตร จึงควรมีการศึกษาด้านความสามารถและทักษะที่จำเป็นในการจ้างงานด้านการบริการเพิ่มขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อตรวจสอบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทักษะในการทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ ซึ่งได้มีการพูดคุยกันผ่านการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อเปิดเผยความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการศึกษาด้านการโรงแรมและอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมด้วยกลยุทธ์ในการจำกัดช่องว่างดังกล่าว การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างดำเนินการเพื่อให้ได้มิติที่ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้นและความคิดเห็นแบบเปิดกว้างเกี่ยวกับผลการวิจัยและความคิดเห็นในประเด็นที่อยู่ระหว่างการตรวจสอบ โดยอิงจากประสบการณ์และความรู้ที่กว้างขวางของอุตสาหกรรม ผลการวิจัยนี้มีส่วนช่วยให้ฐานความรู้ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการฝึกอบรมในอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ นอกจากนี้ การค้นพบใหม่จากการสัมภาษณ์คือ ทักษะอื่นที่มีความสำคัญในการทำงานประกอบด้วยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความเป็นผู้นำ พฤติกรรมทางสังคม การจบสิ้น แรงจูงใจ และความมั่นใจในตนเอง กลยุทธ์ที่มุ่งเป้าสำหรับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียแต่ละรายเพื่อสร้างหลักสูตรที่มีประสิทธิภาพยังสามารถใช้ในการสรรหาพนักงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า มีความสอดคล้องกันระหว่างทักษะของพนักงานที่คาดหวัง และทักษะที่ต้องการจากอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ
