EMPLOYEES’ DYNAMIC CAPABILITIES ON THE CONTEXT OF ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT THROUGH TECHNOLOGY CHANGE

Abstract
The organizational management in responding to rapidly changes in technology affected the entire management procedures of employees’ dynamic capability enhancement. The objective of this research was to investigate the Marketing and Research and Development Management for a Strategic Technology Implementation, Employees’ Organizational Structural Fit, and Employees’ Organizational Cultural Fit. The samples included 270 employees from private enterprises. The findings suggested that the Marketing Management had positive influences on the Strategic Technology Implementation, Employees’ Organizational Structural Fit, and Employees’ Organizational Cultural Fit. Furthermore, The Research and Development Management provided positive influences on the Strategic Technology Implementation. Simultaneously, the Employees’ Organizational Structural Fit and Employees’ Organizational Cultural Fit illustrated positive influences on Employees’ Dynamic Capability.
