Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study, to compare and guideline Desirable leadership skills of school administrators in the 21st century 21 of elementary schools Nonthaburi primary educational service area office 2.The sample was 310 persons administrators and teacher in Nonthaburi primary educational sevice area office 2. The research instrument were questionnaire and Semi-Structured Interview. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, One – way ANOVA, LSD and content analysis.
The research results founded that as following: 1. Desirable leadership skills of school administrators in the 21st century 21 of elementary schools Nonthaburi primary educational service area office 2 In overall and in each aspect at a high level in all aspects 2.Administrators and Teachers Opinions on Desirable Leadership Skills of School Administrators in the 21st Century Classified by gender, overall and in each side, no difference when classified by experience, school size, classified by educational levels in general and in different aspects. But when position as a whole is different But in the field of communication and vision no different 3.Guidelines for developing desirable leadership skills of school administrators in the 21st century administrators should practice leadership skills with a wide perspective. And should promote the use of technology in schools by placing a budget to support modern equipment to improve information technology systems. There should be development of knowledge in using information technology continuously for the best benefit of the organization and allowing personnel to participate in the expression of opinions in order to propel the organization forward.
