Abstract
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND JOB SATISFACTION OF STAFF MANUFACTURING AUTOMOTIVE PARTS FOR EXPORTS IN HI-TECH INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
The research on the Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Job Performance of Employees’ Production Department in Automotive Parts Industry In Hitech was the survey research The population of this research comprised 222 production employees working at automotive Parts Industry In Hitech. The samples were derived from the sampling method of Taro Yamane with the stratified sampling method. The research instrument included the choice and 5-metric questionnaire. The researcher distributed and collected the questionnaires. Then, the collected data were analyzed by SPSS program whereas the statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The research found that: (1) Personal Factors: Most of the production employees of Auto Parts Industry In Hitech were male aged 31-40 years old. They were married and obtained the secondary education with the working period of 5-10 years. Currently, they worked as the operating employees and earned the net salary (excluding OT fee) in the amount of 7,001-10,000 Baht per month. (2) Life Quality of Working: Generally, the employees had the opinions in the moderate level. (3) Performance: Generally, the employees had the opinions in the moderate level. (4) Overall, the life quality and the performance of the production employee had the moderate correlation with at .525 the statistical significance of .05
