ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อบรรยากาศของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหาร 2) บรรยากาศ ของโรงเรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับบรรยากาศ ของโรงเรียน 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อบรรยากาศของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 325 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และค่าการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไป น้อย คือ มีความยืดหยุ่น วิสัยทัศน์ และจินตนาการ

2. บรรยากาศของโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับ ค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ บรรยากาศแบบควบคุม บรรยากาศแบบแจ่มใส บรรยากาศแบบอิสระ และบรรยากาศแบบสนิทสนม

3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับบรรยากาศของโรงเรียน ในทางบวกในระดับสูง

THE CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS WHICH AFFECTED SCHOOLS ATMOSPHERE UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHACHOENGSAO PRIMARY EDUCATION-AREA 2

The purposes of this study were to investigate: 1) the creative leadership of school administrators which affected schools atmosphere under the office of Chachoengsao Primary Education-Area 2 2) the schools’ atmosphere 3) the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the schools’ atmosphere, and 4) the creative leadership of school administrators which affected the schools atmosphere under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Education-Area 2. The sample comprised of 325 school administrators and teachers. The tools used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the data included percentage, means, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis.

The results of the study were as follows:

1. The creative leadership of school administrators which affected schools atmosphere under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Education-Area 2, as a whole, was at a high level. When considered all aspects individually, they were put in order from high to low based on their average scoresas follows: flexibility vision, and imagination.

2. The schools’ atmosphere, as a whole, was at a high level. When considered all aspects individually, they were put in order from high to low based on their average scores as follows: control atmosphere, unobscured atmosphere, independent atmosphere, and close relationship atmosphere.

3. The creative leadership of the schools administrators had a high level of positive relationship with the schools’ atmosphere.
