Abstract

ความท้าทายที่สำคัญของการปรับเปลี่ยนเรื่องใดในสังคมเป็นเรื่องที่ซับซ้อนทั้งในเรื่อง การออกแบบขั้นตอน และรูปแบบกิจกรรม ผู้ดำเนินการ ขณะที่สิ่งสำคัญของการพัฒนาเยาวชนคือ ความสัมพันธ์ของการกำหนดเป้าหมาย และผลลัพธ์ ตลอดจนการประเมินผลการดำเนินการ เพื่อปรับปรุงแนวทางการบริหารจัดการในอนาคต กระบวนการสร้างจิตสำนึกของเด็ก และเยาวชนไม่ได้เป็นสิ่งผูกขาดจากหน่วยงานใดๆ ควรมีการเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากแนวดิ่ง มาเป็นการส่งเสริมกระบวนการคิดแบบแนวราบ เป็นการทำงานร่วมกัน และประสานซึ่งกันและกันของสมาชิก องค์กรต่างๆ ในสังคม โดยเป้าหมายของการสร้างจิตสำนึกเด็กและเยาวชนคือ การใช้วัฒนธรรม จริยธรรมทางสังคมเป็นฐานการพัฒนาจากสถาบันหลักที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ครอบครัว สถาบันการศึกษา สถาบันศาสนา ในขณะเดียวกันในทุกสังคมไม่ว่าใหญ่หรือเล็ก ต่างก็ต้องมีผู้นำเป็นศูนย์กลางการส่งเสริมพัฒนา เพื่อทำหน้าที่ช่วยการตัดสินใจ วินิจฉัย กำหนดนโยบาย วางแผนและจูงใจให้สมาชิกในสังคมมีการรวมกลุ่มกัน ดังนั้นบทความฉบับนี้ผู้เขียนมุ่งนำเสนอให้ผู้อ่านได้ตระหนักถึงบทบาท และความสำคัญของการส่งเสริมเด็กและเยาวชนให้เป็นผู้นำทางความคิด ว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งสำหรับสังคมไทย   เพราะสถาบันหลักทางสังคมจะเป็นเสมือนจุดรวมพลัง และเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาเยาวชน ด้วยวิธีการส่งเสริมของสมาชิกจากภาคส่วนต่างๆ ของสังคมเป็นผู้ช่วยชี้แนะแนวทางเพื่อการผลักดัน และชักจูงใจให้กลุ่มและภาคส่วนต่างๆ กระทำกิจกรรมให้ประสบความสำเร็จ และบรรลุตามวัตถุที่ต้องการ

      The major challenge of changing in society is the complexity of the design process, activity patterns and operated. While youth development, the important factor is the balance between target and result as well as the evaluation process for Improving management practices in the future.

       The cultivation of youth conscious is not a monopoly of any agency. Everybody is a part of society. So, we should adjust our attitude from vertical concept to horizontal concept. It means collaboration and coordination of member in society. So, we should adjust our attitude from vertical concept to horizontal concept. For installation youth conscious by using culture, social ethics that was developed from basic structure such as family, education, religious. In the meantime, every society no matter big or small also must have leader who is central in society for promoting social development which diagnose policy planning and motivate members in society. So this article has content that aims to present reader to understand social role and the emphasis on encouraging children and young people as leaders. And this article is especially important for Thai social because social institutions are involved in the development of youth by creating a network for youth development with members from all parts of society to work together as an adviser to motivate member of society do activity to succeed and achieve objectives.
