การจัดการความรู้ เรื่อง การจัดประสบการณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย

Abstract

 การจัดการความรู้ครั้งนี้ เป็นการใช้กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการศึกษาปฐมวัย ของนักศึกษาครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร  วิธีการจัดการความรู้ครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง ได้แก่ ช่วงแรกสรุปความรู้จากงานวิจัย และช่วงการรับฟังความรู้จากวิทยากรเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการจัดประสบการณ์ให้กับเด็กปฐมวัย และการใช้นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย องค์ความรู้ที่ได้ เป็นแนวทางการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนการ จัดทำแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ 5 ขั้น ได้แก่ 1) การประเมินพัฒนาการตามวัย 2) การกำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนา 3) การออกแบบการจัดประสบการณ์ 4) การลงมือจัดประสบการณ์ และ5) การประเมินคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการจัดประสบการณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพจากการใช้นวัตกรรมมาบูรณาการจัดประสบการณ์ให้กับเด็กปฐมวัย

This Knowledge management is divided into two sessions, including conclusion of knowledge from researchs. And get up the knowledge from listening about the technical experience and implementing innovative education in early childhood development.
The systhesis of knowledge that were the guidelines for development the early childhood includes the plans for the effective experience five stages: 1) assess the early childhood development, 2) determine the purpose for development, 3) design the experience for development, 4) implementation, and 5) assess the early childhood characteristic.
