การสอนอ่านภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้การเรียนรู้ด้วยปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

Abstract

ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นแนวทางที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดชทรงชี้ให้ประชาชนนำไปใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตแบบพอเพียงเพื่อไม่ให้ตนเกิดความเดือดร้อน การนำปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในสถานศึกษาจึงเป็นการนำแนวคิดสู่ภาคการปฏิบัติในชั้นเรียน เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนมีพื้นฐานการดำเนินชีวิตแบบพอเพียงและนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการนำการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษที่มุ่งเน้นทางทักษะการอ่านเรื่องสั้นเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้พัฒนาทักษะ การอ่าน การคิดวิเคราะห์ การแก้ปัญหา และคุณธรรม

Sufficiency Economy Philosophy given to Thai people by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is a guideline on how they apply it to live without problems. Implementation of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy into educational institutes is a way to employ to learning based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (Sep-Based Learning). The aim is to teach students to be able to apply Sep-Based Learning to become the self-sufficient life and to get benefits to oneself and other people. The purpose of this article is to present a guideline on how teachers utilize learning based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (Sep-Based Learning) for designing instructional activities focused on reading short story in order to enhance students’ reading skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, and virtue.
