แบบการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษของครูประถมศึกษา ในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา เพื่อรองรับประชาคมอาเซียน

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์แบบการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษก่อนและหลังการใช้แบบการพัฒนากับครู 3) สร้างแบบพัฒนาทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ และ 4) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลการใช้แบบพัฒนาทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษก่อนและหลังกับผู้เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในขั้นการประเมินทักษะ 169 คน ขั้นการสร้างแบบ 30 คน จากผู้รับการประเมินที่ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นการใช้แบบพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนประถมปีที่ 6 จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ของ ลิเคิร์ท แบบการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษแบบประเมินทักษะด้านการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ แบบพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษสถิติที่ใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แบบการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นแบบที่ใช้พัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้านการฟังและการพูด 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังการพัฒนากับครู ในภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) แบบการพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษที่สร้างขึ้น เป็นแบบที่ใช้สำหรับพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารด้านการฟังและพูดภาษาอังกฤษที่เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 4) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการใช้แบบพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบพัฒนา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
