วรรณกรรมตำราเรียนในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3 : เนื้อหาและแนวคิด

บทคัดย่อ
บทความมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเนื้อหาและแนวคิดที่ปรากฏในวรรณกรรมตำราเรียน ซึ่งแต่งขึ้นในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3 โดยศึกษาจากวรรณกรรมตำราเรียน 12 เรื่อง ได้แก่ จินดามณี ฉบับสมเด็จพระสมณเจ้ากรมพระปรมานุชิตชิโนรส จินดามณี ฉบับกรมหลวงวงษาธิราชสนิท ประถม ก กา ประถม ก กา หัดอ่าน ปฐมมาลา เสือโค ก กา ศรีสวัสดิ์วัด กาพย์พระไชยสุริยา คำกลอนบรรยายธรรมเทียบด้วยตัว ก ข ตำราฉันท์วรรณพฤติ ตำราฉันท์มาตราพฤติ และเพลงยาวกลบท ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เนื้อหาของวรรณกรรมตำราเรียนในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3 ประกอบไปด้วยเนื้อหาด้านหลักการอ่านเขียนและเนื้อหาด้านหลักการแต่งคำประพันธ์ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตนและแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการศึกษาของศิษย์ โดยพบว่าในด้านแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตนนั้น ครอบคลุมแนวทางการปฏิบัติตนด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับความรู้ การดำรงชีวิต การทำงาน การปฏิบัติตนตามหลักพุทธศาสนาและการไม่ยุ่งเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ส่วนแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับวิธีการศึกษาของศิษย์ พบวิธีการศึกษาแบบเน้นการท่องจำและวิธีการศึกษาที่เรียนกับครูและเน้นการเชื่อฟังครู เนื้อหาและแนวคิดในวรรณกรรมตำราเรียนในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3 มีลักษณะสัมพันธ์กับบริบทสังคมในสมัยนั้น ทำให้มีเนื้อหาและแนวคิดที่แตกต่างกับวรรณกรรมตำราเรียนสมัยก่อนหน้าและมีผลต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อวรรณกรรมตำราในสมัยหลัง
