บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) แรงจูงใจของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 3) แรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พนักงานขับรถบรรทุกที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ประจำรถตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการขนส่งทางบกจากกรมการขนส่งทางบก จังหวัดปทุมธานี 396 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แรงจูงใจของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกในในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.56) 2) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.02, S.D. = 0.78) และ 3) แรงจูงใจของพนักงานขับรถบรรทุกในกลุ่มธุรกิจขนส่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี ได้แก่ ความสำเร็จในงาน ลักษณะงานที่ทำ ความรับผิดชอบ เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ และความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ได้ร้อยละ 65.2 (R2=0.652) โดยตัวแปรที่มีค่าอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุดคือ ความรับผิดชอบ รองลงมา คือ เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ และลักษณะงานที่ทำ ตามลำดับ
