AN ANALYSIS OF BUDDHIST SATISFACTORY BEHAVIOR IN APPLYING TECHNOLOGICAL COMMUNICATION OF STUDENTS IN BUDDHIST COLLEGE IN NONGKHAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research aimed at the opinions and theories related to the behaviors using the technological communication and to study the satisfactory behaviors in using the technological communication of the students of Nongkhai Buddhist College. This research was the document research from Tipitaka as main scripture and the secondary data from academic books, documents, researches and to interview the key informants and to analyze the data and to propose the results of the research with the descriptive analysis.


             The behaviors using the technological communication of the students indicate that the students of the Nongkhai Buddhist College use the technological communication to be usefulness for many ways such as to use for the sake of searching for the data in the aspect of education, to use for communication, to use for communication in the mental culture, to use for construction of teaching medias including to use for individual work printing or for the work of the Sangha . The technological communication is considered as one of the academic works that the Buddhist monks and Sangha would enhance the Buddhist monks to have the opportunity to study increasingly by using the principle of discriminating knowledge, that is, to know the meaning, the principle for using the benefits from the technological communication and to explain the teaching of Buddhism for the modern people to understand. The benefits are received from using the technological communication related to the students are the benefits in the aspect of communication and to be able to receive the data quickly and up to date. The benefits in the aspect of education assist to search for the data related to learning ad teaching efficiently and the offences of using the technological communication of the students have a lot evil and may cause the danger to the health and may cause the evil to the Sangha.


             To analyze the Buddhist satisfactory behaviors in applying the technological communication of the students of Nongkhai Buddhist College from study was found that both the goodness and badness of using the technological communication including the education and the Buddhism of applying the technological communication for daily life and to study the point of education, that is, the students can search for the data associated and related to the subjects as assigned by the teachers and the students can search for data easily and can create the data bases  in order to share the data in the classroom in order to be the learning process beside the learning books . That is to enhance the learning process that causes the continuing education and to do duty as assigned successfully. While in the matter of  using the technological communication for applying in spreading out Buddhism, it will create the data base to be important, for example to spread out the principle of Dhamma that is the Buddhist importance, namely to practice the mindfulness on breathing, to practice the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and meditation sitting. The present application of the technological communication receives the data bases that can be used in every place and every time just to have the internet in connection with the data that the groups who get interested have the chance to use the benefit from the data bases of the students of Nongkhai Buddhist College that will be the creation of the results of work enhancing the social morality in one way, while the weak point in using the technological communication is that the students do not have the knowledge to post the data in the society on lines, it will destroy the honor for both for the students and the educational institution etc. The next precinct is to enhance create towards oneself, that is, to use the telephones for a long time, not enough to take a rest, when entering the classroom, they will not have the meditation for study, this will make them unable to have the unsatisfactory results and will effect to their eyes in using computer or telephone for a long time.
