THE HAPPINESS OF THE AGENCIES STAFF UNDER THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR IN NAKHONPHANOM PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the happiness of the agencies staff under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhonphanom province: a research survey from organizational members and to study the factors level of the happiness of the agencies staff under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhonphanom province: a research survey from organizational members. The population are 108 members of the agencies staff under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhonphanom province. This research is quantitative research. The instrument used in the research was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The findings of this research were as follows:
- 1. The findings show that the average level of the happiness of the agencies staff under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhonphanom province: a research survey from organizational members was high.
2. The findings show that the level of factors affected significantly the happiness of the agencies staff under the Ministry of Labour in Nakhonphanom province: a research survey from organizational members. When consider each item, it was found that the factors affect the happiness in work all 8 aspect, was high level of 5 aspect and middle level of 3 aspect. Three high rated items of the happiness are Happy Soul, Happy Heart and Happy Brain.
