Abstract

Research article on problems regarding decentralization to schools This objective is to study the concepts, theories and laws related to decentralization of education to schools. Only have educational agencies which are The Office of Educational Service Area is the representative from the center to the region only. All decision-making power is still centralized as the planner and decision maker. Therefore, the educational management at the school level lacks flexibility in the development of education to the true quality. Therefore suggesting that if wanting educational institutions to develop their education to that quality There must be a real decentralization for the school to have absolute decentralization to the school.
