Abstract
This research studied in topic of theories, manners, and descriptions of misunderstanding’s computer crime act criminal law, Thai computer crime act in profit of pornography’s trade, and for commercials to develop and defense of crime act criminal. This research is a descriptive research. Perform in documentaries of crime act criminal laws, and provisions for the dissemination of obscene information. Researcher analyzed in documentaries and computer crime laws, publishing pornography data, control measurement of online Pornographs
The research found that the problems of published of online phonograph’s rate was increased in case of Thailand was lacked in control measurement of online phonographs for commercial or profit, Although criminal code established legal punishment; provision was not circumstance at all in nowadays. Moreover, Statute of computer crime act criminal law (No.2) B.E. 2560, which is specific usage in computer's pornography published. Not including provisions for the dissemination of obscene computer data for commercial purposes or for profit into law punishment. Researcher regarded in fixing the law to be more appropriately by increasing laws to be more covered
