LEGAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MEASURES REGARDING MODIFIED MODIFICATION OF MOTORCYCLES

Abstract

Research article on Law Enforcement Measures Regarding Modified Modification of Motorcycle has the objectives as 1) to study concepts, legal theories, rules and regulations regarding modified modification motorcycles, 2) to analyze legal measures, regulations and regulations regarding to the use of modified modification motorcycles, and 3) to study additional guidelines, new regulations, rules and regulations regarding to modified modification motorcycles. This was documentary research.

The study results showed that issues arising from the use of modified motorcycles were the problem of ineffective enforcement of relevant legal measures, rules and regulations, such as 1) public understanding of related legal measures, rules and regulations. There were solutions to the legal measures, rules and regulations that are based on the public opinion and acceptance. The enforcement of the
law is like complying with the will that the people want. 2) There was a solution by the Department of Land Transport must be concise in reporting checks including the punishment for official who was not strict the inspection to solve the problem more effectively. 3) People did not approach the importance of the government vehicle inspection, there was a solution by bringing the theory of punishment to revise and adjust for people to comply with legal measures to be more effective. As the principle of punishment theory for correction and rehabilitation consists of 1) avoiding the offender's privacy by using other methods instead of short-term imprisonment, 2) the punishment must be suitable for the individual offense, and 3) once the offender has resolved, stop the punishment at all
