THE DYNAMIC OF WISDOM DIALECT TO SOCIAL CHANGE AT THE MEKONG RIVER IN NONGKHAI PROVINCE

The purposes of this research were: 1) To study dialect for development of the Mekong River Basin community at Nongkhai Province. 2) To study the dynamic of wisdom dialect, social and cultural changes and 3) To study the conservation methods, Promote wisdom dialect that is valuable for life. Data collection tools are interview forms and observation, data collection by interview and participatory observation the groups was given the data consist of local wisdom philosopher and language experts or villagers who understand the structure of the language that lives in the Mekong Basin community in Nongkhai province. Acquired by purposive selection method of 25 person after that, take the interview results to analyze and synthesize the data by interpreting and creating conclusions in accordance with the objectives.
The results showed that: 1) Isan dialect is the language that the Mekong River Basin society that is widely used in the area of Nongkhai Province. 2) The change of language according to the social, cultural, economic, political and administrative conditions, and 3) Isan Dialect began to be conserved and rehabilitated with the government system to be popular and conserved to continue to maintain, such as the Thai Noi alphabet and the Thai Dhamma Isan alphabet etc. The language and alphabet are the wisdom of the community risk of loss or face threats. Therefore, the family institution is the first thing that should be instilled in children to see that the dialect has how important? And instill in children not embarrassed to speak the dialect in society or in the family. The second institution is people in society that should not be disgusted or seeing that people speak the dialect is strange. On the contrary, this should be even praised because the dialect is worth keeping.
