IMPACT OF FORMATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ON EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES OFFICE, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE AREA 1

Abstract
Abstract
The objectives of this research are to study 1) the level of formative leadership of administrators in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1, 2) the level of effectiveness in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1, and 3) the relationship between the formative leadership characteristics of administrators and effectiveness in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1. The research employed a descriptive research design, the research sample consists of 324 teachers selected from a population of 1,700 with a stratified random sampling as determined by population proportion and separated by district. A questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistical data analyses included percentages, means, standard deviations, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The findings reveal that: 1) overall, the formative leadership characteristics of school administrators under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1, are at a high level. 2) The overall level of effectiveness in schools in schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1, is high. and 3) School administrators' formative leadership characteristics significantly influence schools' effectiveness under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1, at .01 level, with multiple correlation coefficients of .667. The highest predictive variables included the factors of data collection, analysis, and interpretation (X6), co-checking for beliefs (X4), and co-imagining for possible future (X1). These factors influence the effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1, with a statistical significance at a level of .01 and can predict the effectiveness of schools under the Primary Educational Services Office, Nakhon Pathom Province Area 1 for 44.50%.
