บทคัดย่อ
แรงงานแพลตฟอร์มต้องเผชิญกับงานที่มีความเสี่ยง ไม่มั่นคง และภยันตรายในอนาคตของทุนนิยม จึงเป็นการเปลี่ยนผ่านจากงานที่มีสัญญาระยะยาวและสั้น กลายสู่งานเป็นรายครั้งตามความต้องการ ลำดับแรกเป็นการทำความเข้าใจแรงงานแพลตฟอร์มในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นรูปแบบของการจ้างงาน สถานะของแรงงานเสี่ยง และเส้นแบ่งระหว่างภาคที่เป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ ถัดมาเป็นการพิจารณาดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์มคือความสัมพันธ์หลายฝ่าย ได้แก่ ผู้รับจ้าง ผู้ว่าจ้าง และผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม ท้ายสุดคือการอธิบายสถานะของแรงงานแพลตฟอร์มเหมือนกับผู้รับจ้างอิสระ และมีข้อโต้แย้งต่อเศรษฐกิจแบ่งปัน เพราะการจัดสรรทรัพยากรที่ไม่เป็นธรรมในโครงสร้างทางเศรษฐกิจ ยิ่งกว่านี้ข้อเสนอของความยืดหยุ่นทำให้เกิดงานที่ไร้คุณค่า และเป็นการกดขี่ขูดรีดรูปแบบใหม่ของทุนเสรีนิยมใหม่โดยผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม
