Namely, The first element was in musical knowledge, consisting of 3 sub-elements, namely music practice with understanding and fluency, Skills in singing and writing and composing music, with element weight values from 0.487-0.535. There is confidence in the measurement (R2) between 0.752-0.886. The second element was in the ability to create motivation consists of 3 elements, namely sincerity, participation in feeling and promote self-learning with component weight values ranging from 0.483-0.535 with confidence in measurements (R2) between 0.750-0.852. The Third element was Method of teaching music consists of 2 components, including the use of various teaching methods, and promoting the atmosphere with element weight values from 0.506-0.523. There was confidence in the measure (R2) between 0.769-0.849. The fourth element in morality and ethics consists of 3 sub-elements, namely good behavior (precepts 5), endurance, perseverance and diligence and enthusiasm. With component weight values ranging from 0.513-0.661 with confidence in measurements (R2) between 0.725-0.864. There was an index to measure the degree of harmony between models and empirical data. Chi-Square was 42.49. The consistency index (GFI) was 0.998. Revised Consistency Index (AGFI) equal to 0.972. Comparative Consistency Index (CFI) equals 0.998. The square root index of estimation error (RMSEA) is 0.026 and the root index of the mean square of the standard error (RMR) is 0. 003. Which was very close to zero shows that the model was consistent with empirical data. 2) The result of the second confirmed element analysis found that the weight, composition, indicator, and characteristics of music teachers at the secondary level under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in all 4 aspects were positive, with values ranging from 0.942-0.999 with significant significance at the level of .01 in all aspects. Each element has confidence in the measurement (R2) between 0.858-0.991. There was an index to measure the degree of harmony between the model and empirical data. Chi-Square is 38.73. The consistency index (GFI) equals 0.988. Resolved index (AGFI) equal to 0.973. Comparative Consistency Index (CFI) equal to 0.999. The quadratic index of estimation error (RMSEA) is equal to 0.025 and the root index of the mean square of the standard error (RMR) is 0.003. Which was very close to zero shows that the model was consistent with empirical data. 3. The result of the evaluation and acceptance of the average accuracy at the highest level =4.69, S.D.=0.47, the average suitability is the highest level =4.68, S.D.=0.46, the average possibility is the highest level =4.75 , S.D.= 0.44, the average benefit level is the highest level =4.77, S.D.=0.43, in all 4 areas passed evaluation and certification.
