Local government organizations and the provision of quality public services.

Abstract

Organization of public services of local government needs target planning to supervise the right direction of the local public services with good quality and meet the needs of all sectors by using the principle of providing public services to meet all dimensions of equality in both social and economic section. This includes building up the unity of people and groups in local community and society in order to improve the quality of life as established goal and expectation of organizing the local public services in country and locality. A good public service surely contributes the reasonable growth and happiness of residents and the employment in that locality. The local government organization must be the main mechanism for uniting of everyone and various groups in the community, local society, along with the development of local economic growth.  Providing quality of public services applied by the local government by adhering to the public service principle in various dimensions, i.e., the suitability of public service type, level of exploitation and profitability, people or target groups of public service and consistency between types of public services and public service models.
