Academic administration in teaching management according to the Iddhipada principle in the Covid-19 crisis.

Abstract

This academic article concentrates on looking forward the guidelines for academic management on teaching management based on Iddhipāda Principles in the COVID-19 Crisis. It was true that Iddhipāda or path of accomplishment principle effectively encourages executives to satisfy at work with full effort and ability, even though the situation is heavy, workload is very high, the executives must be satisfied with their work, continuing the work with diligence, verifying the work with wisdom and ponder the tasks to solve problems happened while teaching and learning in the crisis time of Covid-19 with the better way by following the traditional teaching management, forming the team work and cooperation networks, with online teaching through a variety of technological media, teaching through video clips, properly choosing the simple and difficult teaching switch, online teaching using mixed offline-online teaching.
