Participative Management According to Saraneyadhamma VI. For School Administrators.

Abstract

Current school administration, especially in teaching and learning activities which must be modified to the situation changing, and conforming to the context of the school. Each of the participatory management for school administrators is managed by the person in organizations of individuals seeking for benefits both directly and indirectly from educational management. They have worked as a team, using creativity and skills for better management to achieve lead objectives, participatory management for problem findings, planning, resource management, decision making, monitoring and evaluation operations, which was consistant to the Six Sārānīyadhamma teaching applied to the management of the educational institutions, consisting of 1) Mettākāyakamma or bodily loving-kindness to all, 2) Mettāvacīkamma or verbal compassion to all friends, 3) Mettāmanokamma or mental compassion in all friends, 4) Sādhāraṇabhogī or sharing the gifts to public, 5) Sīlasamāññatā or being equal moral to all friends, 6) Diṭṭhisāmāññatā or equal views to all friends. It was done by providing opportunities for various individuals or organizations to participate for standard quality of education for reducing conflicts within the organization and improving the work for highest quality.
