The welfare education: Bishops

Abstract

This academic article focuses on the administration of Sangh’s affairs which gives the very important role for Buddhist monk called Sanghadhikara who have been given the duty as leaders by Buddhist commune in various aspects of Buddhism, so the growth or decline of Buddhism is related to the quality of the Sangha Administrators at different levels. As usual, the Buddhist monks teach Dhamma, they also work as a ministration in Buddhist school inside the temple. The Buddhist schools are model of welfare education for those who are unable to be self-reliant or without a caregiver or underprivileged. The director of the charitable school of Buddhist temples is the Sanghadhikara who must take responsibility for opinion share, together decision, planning, action using the community as the center. They also must manage educational institutions with four strategies: academic, curriculum and learning process, budget, personnel, general administration to meet international standards.
