GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING LEARNING MANAGEMENT FOR PALI SATIT SUKSA SCHOOL UNDER MAHACHULALONGKORNRAJAVIDYALAYA UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of educational management of Pali Satit Suksa School, 2) to study the principles and methods of learning management for Pali Satit Sueksa School, and 3) to propose guidelines for the development of learning management for Pali Satit Suksa School under Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. It was mixed research of quantitative and qualitative consists of quantitative research consisting of questionnaire used for the sample group of 120 students at Pali Satit Suksa School affiliated by Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The data were analyzed by basic statistics, i.e., frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, while qualitative type done by interviews with 5 executives and teachers. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

               The results showed that:

               1) The condition of educational management of Pali Sathit Suksa School affiliated with the Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Pathum Thani province. Overall, it was at a high, when considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all 5 areas, namely curriculum, teaching and learning, teaching assistant tools, evaluation, and management.

               2) Principles and methods of learning management for Pali Satit Suksa School under Mahachulalongkorn rajavidyalaya University showed that curriculum formulated focuses on creating the content suitable for learners, up to date, promoting creative learning in the 21st century, allowing learners to design their own learning. Innovative technology was used to measure and evaluate in a various way by emphasis on the process of educational administration together with the community.

          3) Proposal of guidelines for developing learning management for Pali Satit Suksa School Under Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, presented that the proper participatory management of communities and temples for changing situation in recent digital era are necessary required. Teaching and learning through texts from the Ministry of Education focus on content suitable for learners in the 21st century, including learning and innovation skills, life, and career skills, information skills, technology use teaching materials through the internet, measurement done by the evaluation results by computer. All provides a new way of teaching online, giving students an opportunity to design their own learning under the close attention and consultation of the teachers and parents in temple, focusing on the religious practice for a good heir of the religion.
