Abstract
The objective of this research is to 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators in the 21st century in the Watthana District Office, Bangkok, and 2) To compare the innovative leadership of school administrators, as perceived by teachers, categorized by the size of the school where they work. The sample used in this research consisted of teachers in schools in the Watthana District Office, Bangkok The sample size was 118 people. The data collection instrument used was a 5-level Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.97. The statistical analyses used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA.
The research findings revealed that 1) the overall and individual aspects of innovative leadership among school administrators in the 21st century at Watthana District Office, Bangkok, were at a high level. Ranked from highest to lowest mean, these aspects were: creative thinking, participation and teamwork, creating an atmosphere conducive to organizational innovation, risk management, and having a vision for change and 2) A comparison of innovative leadership styles of school administrators in the 21st century in the Watthana District Office, Bangkok, based on teachers' opinions, categorized by the size of the schools where they work, revealed no significant differences overall and in individual aspects.
