Abstract

This academic article to present the challenges facing the government sector from the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Which was a great turning point for mankind. Occurred since the 2019, spread to Thailand in 2020, and was declared an endemic disease in 2022 until the present. COVID-19 outbreak It affects the economy, society, education, public health and government organizations. That must adapt to keep up with this big change post COVID-19 pandemic, future challenges for the government sector in the next several years will arise quickly. Especially technology and digital innovations are widely used in work. Therefore, Thailand especially government organizations have changed modern management by taking lessons learned from failures after the impact of COVID-19, which is called New Normal or a new way of life to maintain social distancing, work from home (WFH), online meetings and bringing in digital technology to help support work, including the ThaID application, TANGRAT, MOHPROMT,               e-Service and digital platforms. To prepare to deal with Next Normal, the next way of life after COVID-19 and future challenges ahead.
