A study of states and guidelines of the basic education home school in the 21st Century

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the status of the basic education home school in the 21st Century, 2) to study the approach to the management of the basic education home school in the 21st Century. Study the condition from the sample group 205. The people studied the guidelines from five best practice home school and 6 experts. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that 1) the condition of basic family education in the 21st century was at a high level in all aspects; 2) guidelines. Providing basic education by families in the 21st century (1) network to support education management should create a participation in education management, including the education manager. The operating agency is the Office of the Educational Service Area, namely the Educational Management Promotion Group. Policy and Planning Group and Supervision Group for Monitoring and Evaluation of Educational Management, Schools, Establishments Home study network Religious institutes and learning centers (2) The curriculum should be tailored to a highly flexible individual course. There is a special focus and aligned with the core curriculum of Basic Education (3) on educational resources, including educational management plans, online course applications and learning resources (4) The implementation of 5 steps, namely the preparation of education management; Educational management planning stage the learning process Evaluation and learning improvement stages.
