This research purpose to study 1) the current state of quality assurance of internal education 2) Barriers  Internal quality assurance of internal education 3) the results of internal quality assessment as a quality development guideline according to the mission of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

This research was a quality research. The population/samples were 3 volumes of educational quality assurance manuals and self assessment reports printed from B.E. 2560 to B.E. 2562 and 64 managers and staff who took responsibility for university educational quality assurance. Data collecting forms and structured interview questions were the tools for data collection. Data were analyzed by summarization and described with narrative description.

The research results identified 1) the current state of quality assurance of internal education according to the mission of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Academic as follows: By comparing analysis of evaluation scores within 3 academic years, all 4 missions, namely teaching and learning (graduate production) in the academic year 2019, had a better score for development. The overall in a very good level, is student service and student development activities , On the research side, Except for the indicators of research funding for research and creative work in the 2018 academic year, it was at a good level. Other than that, it is not different. As for academic social services, the overall assessment scores were at the same level, which was very good and in the preservation of arts and culture. The score level is at the same level, which is very good. Overall, it has developed in a better way. Comments from the committee the strengths of the faculties from the course management of each course Having a research information system And applying research to local use academic service to society has resulted in good results from the continuous performance that can be developed in the community. And have personnel who have the ability to be recognized in the arts and culture at the national level recommendations for improvement focus on producing graduates as indicators of student development. Loss of funds in continuing education and international research publication. 2) Problems and obstacles from interviewees classified as executives, 12.5%, academic staff 75.00% and support personnel 12.5%, those with less than 10 years of work experience, 32.80% and people with 10 years of work experience or more 67.20% are: persistence of graduates Support for modern teaching and learning is not enough for today's era. Research that is concentrated in only a few groups Some courses have little research due to lack of funding sources. and the integration of arts and culture with teaching and learning is still scarce. 3) Development approaches include educational guidance and mentoring with students. Adding modern learning support suitable for today's era Allocate research budgets to distribute within the Faculty, both academic and support lines.
