            This study aimed 1) to compare the skills of project-based learning management, emphasizing of teachers at Wat Muen Phuttha witthaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province before and after development. 2) to study learner’s satisfaction with the project based learning process. 3)to study the problems of project based learning management of teachers of Wat Muenputha Wittaya School, Mae Chan district, Chiang rai province. The population were 17 teachers and 124 learners of Wat Muenputhawittaya School. Obtained by a selective method. the instrument used in the research was an evaluation form of learning management skills, using the project based learning process by the teachers, a satisfaction questionnaire, and the open questionnaire about problem of project based learning process by the teachers. They had confidence values ​​of 0.739245 and 0.746204453, respectively. The data was analyzed by using standard deviation, and t-test, the results showed that

1. The results of the development of project-based learning management skills focusing of teachers at Wat Muenputhawittaya School, Mae Chan District, result there is an evaluation score after the training. statistically significantly higher than before training at the .05 level.


2. The overall learner’s satisfaction with the project based learning process by the teachers were averagely at highest level.

Problems found in project-based learning management that focus on vocational skills of teachers at Wat Muen Phuttha Wittaya School, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province were 1) the teachers had no knowledge of project-based learning management 2) the teaching load. 3) Teachers have insufficient skills in using modern technology in learning management and research.
