Creating the happy workplace with the multiplication of happy Family

This research aimed to 1) study the happiness level of government and private sector employees in the lower northern region and 2) study the guidelines for creating a prototype organization for organizational well-being with a Happy Family multiplier. The target population used in the study was 306 organizations in the organization network for organizational well-being. This research was a mixed-methods study. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis included frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that the overall happiness level of government and private sector employees in the lower northern region was at a high level (  = 4.03, SD = 0.62). When considering each aspect, it was found that: The aspect with the highest mean value was the aspect of kindness, Happy Heart (  = 4.50, S.D.= 0.59), followed by having a good family, Happy Family (  = 4.42, S.D.=0.59). The creation of a prototype organization for organizational well-being with the Happy Family multiplier depends on four independent variables, namely, having morality, Happy Soul, having a good family, Happy Family, having a good society, Happy Society, and having a work-life balance, Happy Work-life Balance, which are related to the creation of a prototype organization for organizational well-being with the Happy Family multiplier and can explain or predict the dependent variable by .850 percent. The performance of family duties that affect happiness has an influence on the dependent variable, which is the creation of a prototype organization for organizational well-being with the Happy Family multiplier, resulting in a higher correlation value to .323 (Multiple R=.323) and can explain the level of influence on the creation of a prototype organization for organizational well-being with the Happy Family multiplier by increasing to 104 percent (R Square = .104). For the guideline for creating a prototype organization for organizational well-being with the Happy Family multiplier, there should be an expression of mutual assistance. Giving family members an opportunity to express their opinions on various occasions, sharing family members' feelings, planning their future together or sharing time to do activities together on special occasions.
