แนวทางการสร้างมาตรฐานรับรองคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการรับรองคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับต่ํากว่าปริญญาตรีด้านการ บริหารธุรกิจ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าแผนกของสถานประกอบการในเขต ภาคตะวันออก จํานวน 108 คน ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของมาตรฐานการรับรองคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับต่ํากว่าปริญญาตรีด้านการ บริหารธุรกิจ ปรากฏว่า ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านพันธกิจ 2) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 3) ด้านหลักสูตร การจัดการ เรียนการสอน และการประกันการเรียนรู้ 4) ด้านความรับผิดชอบเชิงวิชาการและวิชาชีพ 5) ด้านนวัตกรรม สิ่งประดิษฐ์ งานสร้างสรรค์ หรืองานวิจัย 6) ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ความรับผิดชอบและความยั่งยืน และ 7) ด้านความเป็นสากล ส่วนผลการสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้สําเร็จการศึกษาในระดับต่ํากว่าปริญญาตรีด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ ปรากฏว่า ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านความรู้ 2) ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา 3) ด้านศีลธรรม คุณธรรม จริยธรรม 4) ด้าน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ และ 5) ด้านทักษะวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องในหน่วยงาน

Guideline for Standardizing the Qualification of Associate Degree in Business Administration

This research aimed to propose a guidelines for standardizing the qualifications of education at the associate degree level in business administration. The qualitative approach was used and data were collected through indepth interviews.

The sample comprised 108 managers or department heads of entreprises in the eastern region of Thailand. Data were analyzed by means of content analysis.

The findings from the comparative synthesis of qualification standards revealed 7 domains including 1) mission, 2) management, 3) curriculum, pedagogical management, and assurance, 4) academic and professional responsibility, 5) innovation, invention, creation, or research, 6) ethics, morality, responsibility, and sustainability, and 7) internationalization. The findings from the interviews revealed that desirable characteristics of the graduates of lower undergraduate level studies in business administration should have, according to the opinion of the entrepreneurs, 1) knowledge, 2) intelligence, 3) ethics, morality, and virtue, 4) interpersonal relationship skills and responsibility, and 5) profession-related skills.
