Abstract

              การศึกษานี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนโดยใช้
รูปแบบการประเมินแบบมีส่วนร่วม สนามวิจัยเป็นโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก 2 แห่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการมีส่วนร่วม
ของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันบ้างระหว่างโรงเรียน การประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบ
การประเมินแบบมีส่วนร่วมปรากฏว่า ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการประเมินส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจรูปแบบ
การประเมินแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่นำไปใช้ เนื่องจากทำให้ชุมชนเกิดความตระหนักในการประเมิน การให้
ความร่วมมือของชุมชนเพิ่มขึ้น และทำให้พัฒนาการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาสูงขึ้น

Developing Community Participation in Educational Management Using the Participatory Evaluation Model

             The goal of this study was to substantially enhance community participation in school management procedures by using the participatory evaluation model. The research involved two small schools. Results found some differences in the extent of community participation in school management between the schools. Use of the participatory evaluation model revealed that the most of the stakeholders found the process of developing a management model for their schools to be rewarding, resulting in greater awareness of educational evaluation, increased community cooperation, and more active community participation in school management.
