Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับประมาณค่าความเที่ยงของ
เครื่องมือวัดทางด้านพุทธิพิสัยและจิตพิสัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบแบบอิงกลุ่ม-อิงเกณฑ์และแบบสำรวจ
(โปรแกรม”PERTS”) โปรแกรมเขียนขึ้นโดยชุดคำสั่งของภาษาวิชวลเบสิค เวอร์ชั่น 6.0 กระบวนการวิจัย มี
7 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การกำหนดปัญหาการวิจัย 2) การวิเคราะห์ระบบ 3) การออกแบบระบบ 4) การเขียนโปรแกรม
5) การทดสอบโปรแกรม 6) การจัดทำคู่มือการใช้โปรแกรม และ 7) การประเมินประสิทธิผลการใช้โปรแกรม
ในขั้นตอนของการประเมินประสิทธิผลการใช้โปรแกรมประเมินโดยนิสิตปริญญาโท มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา
จำนวน 15 คน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า
1. โปรแกรม PERTS สามารถประมาณค่าความเที่ยงของแบบทดสอบและแบบสำรวจได้อย่างคง
เส้นคงวา และค่าประมาณความเที่ยงที่ได้จากโปรแกรมไม่แตกต่างจากโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปที่จำหน่ายใน
ท้องตลาด
2. ผู้ประเมินประสิทธิผลการใช้โปรแกรมประเมินว่า โปรแกรมมีความสะดวกในการใช้งานดีมาก
มีความถูกต้องในการใช้งานดีมาก คู่มือการใช้โปรแกรมมีความชัดเจนดี และลักษณะทั่วไปของโปรแกรมอยู่ใน
เกณฑ์ดี
Development of a Computer Program for Estimating the Reliability of Tests and Surveys
The purpose of this research was to develop a computer program for estimating the reliability of cognitive and affective instruments, such as norm-referenced and criterionreferenced cognitive tests, and surveys (the PERTS program). Visuals Basic 6.0 was used to create the software. The research involved seven steps: 1) problem determination; 2) system analysis; 3) system design; 4) software coding; 5) testing; 6) documentation development, and 7), system performance evaluation. Fifteen graduate students at Burapha University were involved in the evaluation phase.
Results were as follows:
1. The PERTS program was found to function reliably, with output agreeing with that produced by commercially-available packages.
2. Evaluators judged that the software was easy to use, worked with precision, had clear documentation, and had good general features.
