บทคัดย่อ
คำเป็นสื่อที่ทุกชนชาติทุกภาษาใช้ทำความเข้าใจระหว่างกัน คำยังเป็นสิ่งเร้าที่สื่อถึงอารมณ์ความรู้สึก การวิจัยนี้
จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์คำภาษาไทยด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึกและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของคำภาษาไทยบรรทัดฐาน
ด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึก ด้านค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของคำ
แต่ละคำค่าความเที่ยงด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึกแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความประทับใจ ด้านการตื่นตัว และด้านการมี
อิทธิพล การพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ระบบคลังคำภาษาไทยบรรทัดฐานด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น
คนสัญชาติไทย อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย อายุระหว่าง 18 ปี ถึง 60 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และสถานภาพ
สมรส เลือกตัวอย่างแบบอาสาสมัคร จำนวน 800 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ มาตรวัดอารมณ์ความรู้สึก
(The Self-Assessment Manikin: SAM) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า
1. คำภาษาไทยบรรทัดฐานด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึกที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพแล้ว จำนวน 528 คำจำแนก
ตามอารมณ์ความรู้สึก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความประทับใจ จำนวน 211 คำ(ลักษณะพึงพอใจมาก จำนวน 87 คำลักษณะเฉย ๆ จำนวน 12 คำและลักษณะไม่พึงพอใจ จำนวน 112 คำ) 2) ด้านการตื่นตัว จำนวน 159 คำ(ลักษณะ
ตื่นเต้น จำนวน 120 คำลักษณะเฉย ๆ จำนวน 29 คำและลักษณะสงบ จำนวน 10 คำ) และ 3) ด้านการมีอิทธิพล
จำนวน 158 คำ(ลักษณะกลัว จำนวน 100 คำลักษณะเฉย ๆ จำนวน 36 คำและลักษณะไม่กลัว จำนวน 22 คำ)
2. โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ระบบคลังคำภาษาไทยบรรทัดฐานด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึกออนไลน์พัฒนาในรูปแบบ
เว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น จัดเก็บคำภาษาไทยที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพแล้ว มีคุณภาพในระดับดี
