The Effected Factors to Quality of Work of the Company in the Nakhonratchasima Under the Investment Promotion Board of Investment

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the effected factors to quality of work of the company in the Nakhon Ratchasima under the investment promotion board of investment. The population for study was the managers from 142 companies. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed by computer-based program, and used descriptive statistics: basis statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and regression analysis
          The result showed that 1) The managers had their opinions on the employee capability, continuous improvement, training and development, quality policy commitment, and quality of work with agreement for overall at high level. 2) Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient among employee capability, continuous improvement, training and development, and quality policy commitment had significantly predicted to the organizational commitment of the managers at 74%
