Development Small Schools Administrator under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the problems and propose the guidelines for the ethics development of the small -sized schools administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in the parts, knowledge, behavior and attitude. This research employed mixed methods. The simple group was 327 teachers of the academic year 2008 at the small-sized school under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
The results of the study revealed that: the ethics of the school administrators of the small-sized schools administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a good level ( =4.51). The average ranking from the highest to the lowest percentage were attitude (
=4.53), behavior (
=4.52) and knowledge (
=4.50). The analysis of in-depth interview of 5 the small-sized school administrators suggested that they must not only have a chance to participate in identifying, developing and understanding professional standards and ethics more clearly but also good administrators should have emphatic and showing the leadership roles persistently.
