Cooperation in Making Public Services of Local Administrative Organization in Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Suratthani Province

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to study on making public services, to study limitations and obstacles in making public services and to study the cooperation in making public services of Local Administrative Organization in Khiri Rat Nikhom District. Suratthani Province. Sample used in this study was Mayor or Deputy Mayor, Municiple clek, Member of municipal Council, Chief of Executive of the Sao or Deputy Chief of
Executive of the Sao, Chief Administrative of the SAO, Member of SAO and personnel in areas of Local Administrative Organization in Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Suratthani Province. Tool used questionnaire as a tool in Quantitative Research and using questionnaire as a tool in Qualitative Research.

The results of from questionnaire found that: capabilty of municipality/ SAO in each operation had to entirely depend on budget. In aspect of structure, namely road, water supply, electricity public utility and various public assistances, these things regarded main problems in living which the people desired to solve. In aspect of equipment used for disaster relief seldom had problems except lacking of some necessary equipment in performance. In part of decision in making public services of municipality/SAC on public services distribution, there were not sufficient a expected due to lacking of budget in operation but also tried to provide public services to the people throughout such as traffic, traffic light as various crossroads, etc.

The results of study from interview found that there should have consultation knowledge and experiences in order to combine networks and joining cooperation in making public services of Local Administrative Organization in Khiri Rat Nikhom District, Suratthani Province and making database for administration of cooperation in making public services, making necessary data in making budget plan, making operation plan and project, public relations including evaluating public services operation as well.
