School Administration towards Excellent Organization of Female Administrators in the Schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Lamphun Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study the school administration towards excellent organization of female administrators for having the lesson learned of excellent organization of female administrators and synthesizing the guideline of excellent organization in the schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The data were collected via questionnaire, answered by teachers and school committees in the schools of female administrators. There was an interview with female administrators and a focus group discussion of stakeholders. The data were analyzed by the using descriptive analysis of average, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results showed that the school management conditions of female administrators were following the PMQA criteria, in terms of leading the organization, human resource focus, focusing on clients and stakeholders, strategic planning, measurement, knowledge analysis and management, and process management, the average was at the highest and the implementation results was at a high level. The lesson learned of excellent organization of female administrators were as follows; the determining direction of the school development according to the policy and regulations of the original affiliation that was relevant to the distinctive point of school, the focus on being a part of community by cooperating in the community activities regularly, the focus on the teachers who are willing to create the teaching innovation for being a role model. The school structures were divided according to the original affiliation and could add more structures as needed. The distinctive points of the administration were as follows; being a role model, the ability to create the administrative innovation, the focus on team working and proactive supervision. The guidelines of excellent organization administration were that 1) Set clear goals 2) There are six administrative processes based on PMQA criteria; and 3) Create conditions for success
