Abstract
Developing model of Healthy Tambon Project of Thai Health Promotion Foundation implementation, Study the health wellness subdistrict project of Thai Health and to develop a model for implementing the Tambon Health Project of Thai Health. This research is qualitative research. Data were collected through a Documentary Study and an in-depth interview with 1) Person who sets the policy for the implementation of the Tambon Health Project of Thai Health and 2) Organization leaders and personnel in the Tambon Health Project of Thai Health. 2 areas (Jedeechai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pua District, Nan Province and Banhaet Municipality, Banhaet District, Khon Kaen Province), total of 34 persons were used to analyze the data by interpretation and data analysis by content analysis and present the research results by descriptive analysis.
The results of the research had the strengthening community by using the "P4ASSION Model" consisted of 1) Plan of community development, 2) Participation, 3) Physical Capital, 4) Positive of Knowledge Management, 5) Agent of Change,
6) Social Capital, 7) Self-Management Community, 8) Internal Community Networking, 9) Organization and 10) Networking of External Community. Participating in supporting local government organizations to build community strength through cooperation in the area will help build cooperation with the main organizations in the area so that communities can achieve the goal of strengthening the area.
