New Model of Administration on Nakhon Sawan City Municipality Among The 20-Year National Strategic

Abstract

This research article has the following purpose 1) to study the level of administrative effectiveness of Nakhon Sawan Municipality under the 20-year national strategic plan 2) to study the administrative problems of Nakhon Sawan Municipality under the 20-year national strategic plan 3) to study the administration New model of Nakhon Sawan municipality under the 20-year national strategic plan.

The results showed that the level of administrative effectiveness of Nakhon Sawan municipality under the 20-year national strategic plan was generally at a low level (= 2.54, S.D.= 0.69)The problems in the administration of Nakhon Sawan Municipality under the20-year national strategic plan are as follows: 1) The communication model and communication channels currently used. 2) Opportunity for stakeholders to participate or listen to opinions from the public. 3) Analysis of environmental factors and preparation of action plans 4) Resource management to drive action plans 5) Monitoring and evaluation, the new form of administration of Nakhon Sawan municipality under the 20-year national strategic plan is two-way communication (Two-way Communication), expressing opinions and monitoring information. Organizational Environment Study Give importance to human resources. and applying the principle of “Understanding, Accessing, Developing” to follow up and evaluate the management of Nakhon Sawan Municipality.
