The Executive Competency Model for the Human Resource Management of the Automotive Parts Industry in The East

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. The purposes of this research were to 1) study the executive competency model for the Human Resource management of the automotive parts industry in the east at present (year 2018); 2) study the success or effectiveness of the executive competency model for the Human Resource management of the automotive parts industry in the east; 3) study the feasibility for improvement of the executive competency model for the Human Resource management of the automotive parts industry in the east. Key informants Is the executive of the automotive parts industry In the east were could be divided into 3 levels including top executives, middle executives and lower executives, 17 people of which were selected by using Purposive Sampling method. This qualitative research can adopt various concepts. Theoretical stances and methods included In-Depth Interviews (Semi-Structure Interviews), Focus Group Discussion, Non-Participant Observation and Documents. The inspection method of the triangle for a eliability and validity. The data was collected for content analysis to summarize the findings. The research results are as follows: 1) The executive competency model for the Human Resource management of the automotive parts industry in the east at present (year 2018) consists of 1.1) The important conditions include: (1) Visions; (2) Missions; (3) Goals 1.2) Information for executive has been competency model for human resource management includes: (1) organizational management; (2) competitive strategy; (3) Human resource management and development; (4) Communication skills. 2) the success or effectiveness of the executive competency model for human resource management of the automotive parts industry in the east includes: (1) the corporate sustainability; (2) customer engagement; (3) employees loyalty; (4) focusing on the business excellence; (5) the achievement awards. 3) the feasibility of improving an executive competency model for the Human Resource management of the automotive parts industry in the east consists of: 3.1) The important conditions includes: (1) Vision; (2) Corporate Culture; (3) The policy; (4) Strategy; (5) Measures. 3.2) Information for executive competency model for human resource management consists of: (1) organization management; (2) competitive strategy, (3) human resource planning; (4) communication skills; (5) leaderships.
