Abstract

The Objectives of this research were (1) to study the personal factors affecting the acceptance of information technology (2) to study the work-related factors that affect the acceptance of information technology (3) to study the external factors that This results in the acceptance of information technology. The sample group used in this research was 196 employees in Mae Ruai Factory Company Limited at the operational level. With the formula of Taro Yamane (Taro Yamane) machine, when used in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. Inferred hypothesis testing including Independent samples t-test and One-Way ANOVA (F-test). The results showed that Employees at Mae Ruay Factory Company Limited have opinions about (1) personal factors affecting the acceptance of information technology. Most of the employees in Mae Ruai Factory Company Limited are more males than females. Most are 30-40 years old. Most of them have education levels. Is bachelor’s degree or equivalent, single status, work position, warehouse / transportation department Mostly, the average monthly income is between 10,000 - 20,000 baht and has a working life of 1 - 5 years. (2) Job factors that affect the acceptance of information technology Of employees in the company Mae Ruay Factory Co., Ltd. In terms of experience, their opinions were at a moderate level. With an average of 3.28 and the standard deviation of 0.67 Knowledge There is a high level of overall opinion. With an average of 3.49 and a standard deviation of 0.68.
