Abstract

For over 2 decades, the world has been adapting to rapid development. Even though Thailand is a developing country with innovation-driven in various development areas, especially in information technology, Digital devices are considered essential in today's world. Digital devices are molded into daily routines to meet human needs. The study revealed the persistent behavior of 90% of digital device users spending more than 16 hours a day, resulting in reduced eye blink rate, which caused dry eye, burning eyes, and eyes must adjust themselves all the time. At the same time, over-usage of digital devices also causes a decrease in visual focus and cognitive processes, an eye problem known as Eye muscle fatigue. The mentioned symptom is caused by computer monitor disorder, which may affect the quality of life and lower the productivity of frequent computer users.

The problem mentioned above leads to the study of visual perception, an alternative science of medical techniques specialized in ophthalmology. The advantages of alternative medical procedures can be applied with eye exercises through the relaxation training method for visual disorders. From the digital technology devices, healing from the forces of nature is based on a state of equilibrium potential and direction process management that is the same principle of massaging tense eye muscles. This results in eye relief from chronic injuries and balancing eye muscles while preparing for a natural way of eyes restoration effectively.
