The Photographing of Rally Car Racing Case Study: 31st King's Cup Trophy International Rally

Abstract

This article aims to describe the photography of car racing for international rally and to share knowledges from the seminar. To photograph car racing, the photographer needs to prepare as following 1) camera equipments 2) surveying and studying the racing track and 3) rehearsing on the day of testing the track. Moreover, the important of photograph composition to convey meaning are: the opening ceremony; indoor and outdoor angle; picture of a car with the landscape; eye line and bird eye view; picture of speeding car; picture of a car jumping; picture of aggressive car; award ceremony and service team
