Abstract

The Digital Technology Application Guideline for Knowledge Management of Meeting’s Secretary is to make the meeting as a platform, to exchange knowledge to others in workplace, and as a best practice or providing meeting attendees’ operation knowledge to leverage development of working system in organization. Particularly, digital technology allows’ knowledge management easier, because data and information now are as digital format. The digital technology application result shows that, it helps the secretary of the meeting has better performance, for example, work faster, worth value, optimized existing resources benefit, effective information technology storing, etc., which helps to implement knowledge, and best practice to apply on work. Moreover, it also contributes to share, and to publicize knowledge to others, which could be transformed to other kinds of platforms, and could leverage organization toward learning organization in the future.
